Can be used on all types of soil for different agronomic objectives.
Optimised investment:
A single machine for all stages of soil cultivation, reducing costs and working time.
Robust design:
Reliability and durability for controlled cost per hectare.
Agronomic benefits: optimising soil health and crop growth
Whatever the season, HIGHLANDER adapts to all needs thanks to its adjustable working depth of 3 to 20cm. Versatile and powerful, HIGHLANDER makes soil preparation effortless. Equipped with wings, it cuts through the root systems of weeds, preventing them from growing back and creating fine soil that is ideal for germination. It optimises soil health and crop growth by reducing competition for nutrients and water.
HIGHLANDER also performs mid-season stubble cultivation to structure and mix the soil. Mulching residues accelerates their decomposition into organic matter, improving soil structure and fertility. Soil cultivation promotes air and water circulation, which is essential for beneficial microorganisms, and facilitates root penetration.
Adaptability, comfort and performance for optimal, effortless use!
Up to 8 gauge wheels can be fitted to the HIGHLANDER stubble cultivator, combined with a floating drawbar and floating extensions, to ensure excellent ground following over the entire width and length of the machine. Controlled by the gauge wheels, the working depth is consistent and uniform even at shallow depths.
With its 4 rows of maintenance-free non-stop mechanical safety tines, it can withstand a tip load of 350kg. The tines of the HIGHLANDER cultivator can be equipped with wings and five different types of points: three DURAKARB carbide points of 50mm, 65/35mm or 80/50mm and two forged points of 60mm or 80mm.

These options allow the HIGHLANDER to adapt to various soil types and working conditions.
At the front, HIGHLANDER can be equipped with pre-cutting discs with adjustable pressure to effectively cut vegetation stems and facilitate the work of the tines. At the rear, the levelling blades are ideal for light to medium soils. They are equipped with independent wearing parts for increased durability. For medium to heavy soils, the levelling discs ensure optimum performance, even in the presence of vegetation.
HIGHLANDER is equipped with a 550mm diameter DOUBLE U roller or a triple harrow with hydraulic tilt adjustment.

The triple harrow is designed to leave residues and roots on the surface, thus avoiding replanting. For autumn work, HIGHLANDER can be used without a roller, to work effectively even in the wettest conditions.

HIGHLANDER is available in widths of 6 and 6.7 meters for tractors from 180 to 400hp.
it provides unrivalled efficiency and flexibility for scalping, mulching or incorporating amendments, simplifying soil cultivation operations while maximising yields.
Optimal road safety
Road transport is facilitated by a 3-meter width and a height of less than 4 meters, complying with European standards. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic or pneumatic braking system and suspension, ensuring optimum safety when travelling on the road.

HIGHLANDER is much more than just a stubble cultivator: it is a complete solution for optimising soil preparation. Positioned between the PROLANDER and the CULTIMER, HIGHLANDER enriches the KUHN range with a solution tailored to demanding farms. It combines agronomic performance, ease of use and transport safety for confident soil preparation.
