ISOBUS MOWER CONTROL: kit for higher user comfort when working with large-width mowers
The « ISOBUS MOWER CONTROL » kit was developed for large-width mowing units and the new disc mowers KUHN introduced this year. It is a more ergonomic control system making it possible for the user to monitor more functions from the cab.
All machine controls are on the tractor’ ISOBUS terminal or on an ISOBUS CCI 60, CCI 800 or CCI 1200 terminal.
A certified AUX-N joystick or ISOBUS CCI A3 joystick provides additional user-friendliness, displaying the different machine functions as icons on the joysticks.
GMD 9530 RV: A new swathing technique
The GMD 9530 RV disc mower, with a working width of 9.10 to 9.50 metres, broadens the range with its new auger system for swathing. It combines mowing and swathing in a single pass to increase productivity and reduce costs.
The mower is robust and reliable due to the swathing auger and cutter bars being driven separately by cardan shaft and gearbox, and the wearing parts being made of Hardox®. Consequently, the machine boasts an excellent working capacity in the most demanding conditions.
The GMD 9530 RV has a user-friendly control box, providing the client with increased operating comfort.
This mower also integrates the renowned technical features of the KUHN range, such as mowing-unit offset, the OPTIDISC ELITE cutter bar, and the LIFT-CONTROL system.
GMD 15030: the largest mounted disc mower on the market
The combination width (with 3.10-metre front unit) of 14.50 metres makes the GMD 15030 the largest mounted disc mower on the market. This exceptional size in no way impacts the machine’s compact dimensions for transport.
The mower is articulated between each of the 4 cutter bars to ensure good ground following. It has a patented gearbox which is designed for optimum compactness when on the road and power efficiency at work.
The GMD 15030 is equipped with the OPTIDISC ELITE cutter bar renowned for great cutting quality. For protection when encountering obstacles, it features the LIFT-CONTROL and NON-STOP safety systems to avoid damage before automatically returning to the work position.
To control the machine, the user can choose between the KFA 12 control box and the « ISOBUS MOWER CONTROL » kit. The latter provides extra user comfort as all machine functions can be controlled via an ISOBUS terminal and AUX-N joystick.

MERGE MAXX 102: Increasingly efficient belt mergers
KUHN unveils its new generation belt merger, MERGE MAXX 102, designed to work long hours in intensive conditions. Two of the models in this line (MERGE MAXX 952 and 1092) have been given a major upgrade: they are ISOBUS-ready. This means clients can control all machine functions from the cab, a real time saver and much more practical.
Particular attention was focused on significantly increasing the strength and service life of components in the entire range, with the aim to ensure that users can carry out harvesting operations with confidence. Machine maintenance has also been optimised with wearing parts that can easily and quickly be replaced.
Many improvements have been added to the existing tried-and-tested features of the range. As such, the two-unit concept is the same for these belt mergers, making them highly versatile in terms of fodder delivery.
GA 14231: An intermediate model in the range of quad-rotor rakes
The GA 14231 completes KUHN’s range of rakes with four rotors. It features a working width of 13.70 metres, perfect for fast work output. These rakes provide high performance, flexibility, great work quality.
Fitted with all the technical features that these rakes are appreciated for, this machine has excellent operating capacities. The exclusive fully hydraulic drive system is designed to reduce daily maintenance requirements by about an hour compared to a mechanical drive system.
The GA 14231 comes with a BOOST function which increases the speed of the front rotors by 20% in relation to the rear ones, creating uniform and fluffy windrows.
Finally, this rake is ISOBUS certified by the AEF. The different indicators, functions, and automatic features on the terminal interface make the machine more user-friendly.
GA 7631 P: twin-rotor rake with the best compromise between productivity and a compact design
KUHN unveils a new model in its range of mounted rakes with two rotors, the GA 7631 P. With a maximum working width of 7.40 metres, this model features hydraulic working-width adjustment as standard. The machine is capable of producing windrows from 1.30 to 2.20 metres. It is versatile and can adapt to different harvesting machines and fodder types.
In terms of size, the GA 7631 P conforms to road regulations without having to remove the rotor arms, so precious time and energy is saved.
The rake’s rotors are equipped with 3D articulation allowing them to move in all directions. As such, they can contour uneven ground to catch every blade of grass. The hyper-tangential double-bent arms also contribute to the machine’s excellent raking quality.
Lastly, the renowned MASTERDRIVE GIII gearbox is robust and reliable, capable of working in heavy fodder, and requires less maintenance.

Bale weighing system on VB 7100
The new KUHN bale weighing system helps farmers and contractors get precise and reliable data, improving their productivity and efficiency. It makes the VB 7100 the first round balers to weigh bales directly on the bale kicker, ensuring accurate measurements.
The system includes a slope compensation sensor to maintain accuracy on slopes. Important bale weight information is shown on a personalised work screen, including average bale weight, weight of the last bale, total weight, and work counter metrics.
The weighing system can be used independently or in combination with the KUHN Baler Automation functionalities Task Controller basic (TC-BAS) and Task Controller geo-based (TC-GEO), providing a solid basis for yield measurement.
Fine-cut system for VBP 7100
In response to the growing demand for shorter-cut silage, KUHN introduces a convenient fine-cut system for VBP 7100 series baler-wrapper combinations. With a 34 mm theoretical cutting length, this system is designed to enhance forage production efficiency and quality.
