KUHN carried out various wear tests in France and Europe to test the durability of the new DURAKARB point and compare it with the SUPER-MARATHON point (old model).
To carry out the tests, KUHN equipped the same plough with both models of point. The new DURAKARB point was mounted on the right-hand side, while the old SUPER-MARATHON point was mounted on the left-hand side. The parts therefore worked under the same conditions and for the same length of time.
