Higher precision in any conditions
The SITERA 3030 integrated mechanical seed drill is equipped with a SEEDFLEX coulter bar with double discs offset by 41mm for perfect furrow opening. The double discs are mounted on a parallelogram with press wheel that controls the depth of each seeding unit with precision. 35 cm spacing between the front and rear rows makes SEEDFLEX seeding units suited to different uses including extreme conditions (heavy and sticky soil) and with no maintenance. Coulter pressure can be set to up to 45kg with the control wheel.
SITERA 3020 for sowing in plant residues
The SITERA 3020 mechanical seed drill is equipped with a double-disc coulter bar fitted over 2 rows, spaced at 25 cm for sowing in difficult conditions. The disc coulter pressure of up to 35 kg ensures regular seeding depth even in irregular soils. The covering harrow fitted on a parallelogram provides a perfect seedbed finish including in soils with plant residues and in heavy or light soils. Press wheels are available as an option for precise control of the seeding depth of each unit.
SITERA 3010 for sowing in all types of clay
The SITERA 3010 seed drill is fitted with seeding units featuring Suffolk coulters that require very little maintenance. Their adjustable lower stop and 35 kg coulter pressure per unit ensure continuously optimum seeding depth, in particular in sticky soil or after ploughing. Take advantage of the 28cm row spacing and the three rows of coulters to seed in all types of clay. The parallelogram makes it possible to adjust the height of the coulter bar by positioning the lower stop at the required depth.
A compact, simple and precise combination
Gain in speed and precision with centralised settings
Take advantage of the centralised, continious seeding-depth adjustment with adjustment point and indicator on both sides of the machine. The patented adjustment system of the SEEDFLEX coulter bar makes it possible to exert the same amount of pressure on the front and rear seeding units.
Benefit from a perfectly integrated combination
The hopper is positioned above the roller frame, so the centre of gravity of the combination is further forward to obtain only slight overhang of the unit. The single-tube chassis provides very good visibility of the seeding units at work and of the covering harrow on the road. The CD seedbed disc cultivator and the power harrow can be fitted or removed in less than 10 minutes thanks to a patented linkage part that facilitates the SITERA seed drill’s coupling and uncoupling.
Easy hopper loading
Easy hopper loading with its large 2.5 m x 0.84 m opening. The cover opens to an angle of 110 ° to allow you to fill the large capacity hopper: 800 L and 1200 L with extension.
Higher precision in all conditions
HELICA metering unit with helical volumetric fluting
The HELICA metering unit is capable of distributing seeds of different shapes and sizes: rapeseed, clover, alfalfa, wheat, barley, spelt, fava beans... It ensures seed-by-seed metering to provide uniform distribution in the row. The application rate is constant throughout the operation thanks to the adjustment system by micrometric screw. KUHN’s HELICA metering unit with helical volumetric fluting respects application rates from 1.5 to 450 kg/ha regardless of:
- changes in seed volume in the hopper,
- changes in groundspeed,
- working conditions (uneven land, hilly terrain...).
A wide range of optional equipment is available for the SITERA 3030 range of integrated mechanical seed drills.
Everything on one screen!
The new AEF-certified ISOBUS CCI 1200 terminal focuses on three priorities: performance, visibility and flexibility. It allows you to control your machines intuitively with its large 30.5 cm (12.1") anti-glare touchscreen. It is capable of simultaneously displaying different essential information, supporting the connection of a joystick and the connection with a camera.
Compact and complete
This AEF-certified ISOBUS CCI 50 terminal is the master of versatility with its 14.2 cm (5.6") colour touchscreen. Take advantage of the camera connection and compatibility with a biomass sensor, as standard.
Adapted to non-ISOBUS systems
Especially simple and intuitive, the new VT 30 terminal with a 3.5” colour touchscreen features a variety of functions: seed level monitoring, metering unit rotation, automatic tramlining management by rhythm (symmetrical, asymmetrical and special), low hopper level alarm, hectare counters and calibration assistant.
Pre-emergence markers on fixed mounts
Being fitted separately, the pre-emergence markers are easy to position behind the seeding bar to adapt to different tramlining widths. They are also independent from the seeding bar which means that they have no effect on seeding quality or coulter pressure. The automatic function requires the machine to be equipped with side markers.
