All SPEEDLINER models incorporate a roller that uses large wheels (900 mm diameter and 420 mm width) to ensure good rolling characteristics and excellent weight-bearing ability.
On the 4 and 6m versions, the roller includes a suspension system which ensures uniform ground-following.
The main functions of the weight-bearing roller are:
 To level the ground surface for good seed positioning
 To refine the surface of the soil under dry conditions
 To prevent hollows forming in light soil
 To promote water availability through capillary action
