Double circulation oil system

The central and side gearboxes are both equipped with an independent hydraulic oil circulation system that is operated by a double pump.

The EL282's large oil volume helps to reduced oil temperatures, enabling the machine to be used for long periods, even in very hot conditions.

The oil for the central gearbox is stored in the headstock, whereas the oil for the side gearbox is stored in a seperate spacer cylinder.
