
	RSM Roadside mowers: Simple & effective

Impact protection

	To protect the machine frame, the RSM is equipped with a mechanical safety device as standard. This safety device is identical to the one used on the KUHN range of disk mowers. This device moves the mowing unit back by 18° if an unseen obstacle is hit. This corresponds to a 1m displacement at the edge of the mowing unit. The safety device is reset by simply reversing.
	As an option, the mechanical safety device can be replaced by a hydraulic device which is reset automatically by a nitrogen cylinder.
	To protect the mowing unit against impact, a guard bar is fitted to the front part of the body.
