Fast, simple, reliable and light weighted are keywords of the KUHN i-BIO, Bale In One. The i-BIO makes a fixed size bale of 125cm in diameter. Thanks to unique innovations such like the Integral Rotor, dropfloor and its integrated wrapping system this bale and wrap combination is made for its purpose; baling and wrapping without compromise.
Standard on the i-BIO is the OptiCut cutting device, available in several executions. As the bale is fully compressed the net binding is activated to secure the bale. This binding system is located at the front of the machine, providing a perfect view of the binding process form the tractor seat.
After securing the bale with the net wrap the bale chamber opens for immediate wrapping, controlled by IntelliWrap™, so no bale transfer is needed. After wrapping the bale, the film is cut by the vertical film cutters and is gently unloaded. The bale chamber closes again, ready for the next bale.
