West Midlands farmers previewed KUHN implements at the Rea Valley Tractors (RVT) display event on August 1st, ahead of its date of becoming an official KUHN dealer on September 1st.
More than 200 attendants were able to see seven different KUHN implements in action at Lynn South Farm, Lynn, Newport, including the PROLANDER 7500, the latest seedbed cultivator which is suitable for shallow stubble cultivation and deeper seedbed preparations.
Farmers watched as KUHN’s newest seedbed cultivator, PROLANDER 7500, demonstrated its ability to cultivate shallow stubble for deeper seedbed preparations, while the PERFORMER range’s two rows of front discs cut through roots followed by its four rows of tines which mixed and loosened soil to incorporate crop residues into the soil with one pass.
KUHN implements were pulled by John Deere’s newest line of tractors, including the 5125 R, 6250R and 8400R.
VARI-MASTER 123 – 4 Bodies
KUHN’s VARI-MASTER 123 ploughs deep into soil during Rea Valley Tractors (RVT) display event on Lynn South Farm, Lynn, Newport, Shropshire. More than 200 area farmers were in attendance for the KUHN preview ahead of RVT becoming an official dealer on September 1st.
A vibrating “S” tine makes KUHN’s PROLANDER 7500 one of the most versatile min-till tools on the market, allowing for shallow stubble cultivations and seedbed preparation.
Featuring two rows of discs, four rows of tines, one row of levelling discs and a HD-Liner 700 roller, KUHN’s PERFORMER delivers efficient one-pass operations. With the option to use each set of tools independently, this deep working cultivator can easily be adjusted for shallow work.
