The Power Density pre-chamber system constantly adapts to changing crop conditions to ensure each bale properly compacted. Whether baling hay, silage, straw, alfalfa, or even hemp, the results are the same: perfect box shaped bales everytime.
But how does it work?
By using a single feeder fork, the crop is pre-compressed in the pre-chamber. As the pre-chamber reaches maximum capacity the feeder fork extends its stroke, pushing the pre-compressed flake up into the bale chamber where a plunger compresses the flakes into a dense bale.

The plunger is running 46 strokes per minute to ensure optimum compression of the bale. Utilizing enormous 150mm diameter plunger roller bearings and hardened rails, precise but heavy duty guidance with minimum wearing is assured. At the end of the 3m long bale chamber hydraulic cylinders provide in maximum resistance to contribute in maximum bale density.
