Twin loading forks

After binding, the bale is transferred to the wrapping table by a twin loading system which moves the bale rapidly and safely, even on the steepest slopes. The bale sits low on the wrapping table to prevent the bale rolling off when moving up a steep slope.

Intelligent wrapping

Every machine in the BalePack range is equipped as standard with KUHN's IntelliWrap™ system. IntelliWrap™ is a revolutionary new way of wrapping that takes into account the kind of crop and length of storage to adjust the number of film layers applied. A simple push on a button automatically selects either 4,5,6,7 or 8 layers of film.

The IntelliWrap™ system also offers optional 3D wrapping, which applies the wrapping film more uniformly across the entire surface of the bale.

The wrapping process can be split into 3 steps
1. The film is applied to the bale.

2. The pre-stretchers flip over to a horizontal position to apply an overlapping layer which helps to maintain the bale's shape.

3. The pre-stretchers move to a vertical position to close both ends of the bale.
