Bale formation on the FBP 2135
The FBP2135 has a
fixed bale size of
1.2 metres by 1.25 metres.
The 14 steel rollers are profiled to produce high quality bales which can be tied up with twine or netting.
Bale formation on the VBP 2160 & VBP 2190
The VBP 2160 and VBP 2190 machines use
variable chambers
and can produce bales up to a maximum diameter of 1.6 metres.
When used without the wrapping unit, these machines can
produce bales of 1.6 metres and 1.85 metres respectively.
The five belts start rolling and compressing the bale right from the start. KUHN's Progressive Density system maintains a consistent density as the bale grows.
This results in a very firm bale which ensures better durability in adverse weather.
