The tine: an essential part of the CULTIMER

In order to be able to pass through all types of soil conditions, the CULTIMER tine provides 84 cm of under-beam clearance.

The tine's curved shape aids the flow of earth as it rises.

The standard tine consists of an 80mm wide share equipped with a 420 mm high deflector on top. This deflector channels the flow of soil to one side or the other and improves the earth-straw mixture.


For use in surface stubble ploughing, fins are available as an option and used to scalp the entire surface of the soil.
In deep ploughing, the CULTIMER can descend, without fins, to a depth of 30 cm with two successive passes.
Tine safety is ensured by a large cross-section double spring which prevents any accidental slipping.
