IF YOU ARE OR WOULD LIKE TO BECOME A KUHN SUPPLIER
By subscribing to our Supplier Partnership Agreement, you understand and share our expectations, our values, and our success. This agreement is the first step to our future business relationship.
By this act, you commit yourselves to respect what we regard as the basic criteria to guarantee a relation of trust and quality with the KUHN Group.
OUR PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
Once signed by the supplier, this document will apply to all the business relations established between the Supplier and the companies of the KUHN Group.
By signing this agreement, the supplier commits itself:
| - | to act professionally and ethically in all areas and advise KUHN on the products and services that best match the intended applications |
| - | to fill in and update the Supplier information form on our web site. |
| - | to take note of our Purchasing Policy. |
| - | to permanently guarantee (every time) the conformity of procedures, products and services provided to the KUHN Group |
| - | to follow all safety, employment and work regulations at its facilities, as well as throughout its supply chain. |
| - | to accept audits and quality checks at its production sites. |
| - | to keep all information or documents regarding the KUHN Group confidential. |
| - | not to sell, directly or indirectly, any product of the KUHN Group to a third party, unless previously agreed to in writing by the KUHN Group. |
| - | to disclose, upon request from the KUHN Group, documents enabling measurement of your financial status, and to inform the KUHN Group of any change in its financial status that could result in activity disturbance. |
| - | to provide adequate insurance covering any damage caused by a defective product delivered to the KUHN Group. |
| - | to continuously improve your competitiveness in terms of price, lead times and quality. |
| - | to be aware of its quality level shown on Supplier website. |
This agreement becomes effective at the day of signature. It will remain valid until cancellation by letter by you or the KUHN Group. Refusing to sign this agreement may affect the continuation of business relationship between the KUHN Group and the Supplier.
