EMC: ELECTRONIC MASSFLOW CONTROL

  • EMC adjusts the application rate on each disc, like a weighing device, every second, moving left and right! 

  • Each spreader disc has a sensor that measures drive torque. AXIS correlates the requested torque with the amount of fertilizer to be spread, allowing instant and independent adjustment of the amount of fertilizer spread on each side. 

  • One of the main advantages of the system is that it adjusts the flow rate automatically and independently on both the left and right discs. With EMC, you don't need to perform a flow test; you can simply enter the desired application rate and begin spreading. This innovative approach ensures that each plant receives the correct amount of fertilizer every second. 

  • It works! The regulation on each EMC disc is the most precise and effective method of regulating the amount of fertilizer spread. This technology first appeared over 20 years ago and it is still the most effective means of regulation available today. Today, more than ever, this technology allows you to optimize yields while minimizing environmental impact by regulating the dose.

left 101 kg/min - right 79 kg/min 

Is this acceptable?

This blockage in the machine can result in a loss of over €300* for each cycle! 

*During the second treatment of soft wheat, a 4200L hopper with weighing cells had 25% outlet blockage while using 33.5% ammonium nitrate.
